Syncademia builds two flagships: Sync, the operations platform for clinical education programs, and Toybox, the governed integration engine that connects your SIS to the modern systems your campus runs.
Clinical education runs on coordination: rotations across hospitals, credentials that expire at the worst moment, evaluations that need three signatures. Most programs run it on one vendor’s logging tool, spreadsheets, and email.
We built Sync because that work deserves one system, held to one standard: every screen should hold up in front of a program director, a student at 6 a.m., and a university security review.
Toybox carries the same conviction campus-wide. Student data leaves the system of record constantly, usually through scripts nobody lists in one place. Toybox replaces the tangle with one governed front door: every field entitled, every disclosure on the record.
What we believe
Privacy is an architecture decision. Patient identifiers are never collected; student records are FERPA-protected, encrypted, and isolated per institution.
Programs are not IT departments. Onboarding takes days: your sign-on, your roster, and a human on the other end of support.
