How Toybox works
Four steps from a pile of scripts to one governed platform.
Step 01
Connect.
Pick your connectors and we plug them in: Colleague, Banner, your LMS, housing, door access. Each one is licensed, built, and maintained by Syncademia. Need a system we don’t reach yet? We build it, the catalog grows, your license unlocks it.
Step 02
Entitle.
Decide exactly what each system may see. Entitlements are set field by field, per target, and enforced by the engine, not hidden in a menu. The housing system gets housing fields. Nothing more, minimized by default.
Step 03
Flow.
Data moves in both directions on the SIS’s schedule. Rosters flow out, updates flow home, kept current as things change, so the system of record and the systems around it finally agree.
Step 04
Prove.
Every release lands in the ledger. Each field that moves is written to an exportable FERPA disclosure record, automatically. When someone asks who got what, the answer is one export away.
